Liability Waiver and Media Release

All volunteers will be required to follow the Adaptive Sports Association’s (ASA) safety policies and procedures. Additionally, all volunteers will be required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgement of Inherent Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor of the Adaptive Sports Association.

Volunteers will also need to complete the Adaptive Sports Association/Disabled Sports USA Liability Waiver and Media Release online.

Background Check

All Summer and Winter volunteers are required to complete our online background check once a year. We will email you a password to log-in when it’s time to complete your annual background check.
